Our Suppliers

We’re very proud of our suppliers and we work hard to create fresh, homemade recipes that do justice to their ingredients.

Our eggs are Clarence Court Burford Browns, our free range streaky bacon is dry-cured for us in Yorkshire, our chorizo is spiced and smoked by Brindisa, we season with Maldon Sea Salt and our steak – our glorious beef – is sourced from traditional native breeds (because we think they’re the best).

The herds are high-welfare cattle raised and free to roam on pastures in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, hand-selected for Arlo’s and supplied daily by meat supremos Turner & George.

We serve cider, beer and fizz from Kent’s award-winning Chapel Down estate and, when we couldn’t find the exact red to pair to our steaks we simply set off to source our own – a small batch Malbec hand-picked on a family farm in the warm Mendoza winelands of Central Argentina.
